What I collect
Your contact details, LLC information, and the tax documents you upload so I can prepare your returns.
Where documents live
Tax documents are exchanged through SmartVault, a SOC 2 Type II document portal with encryption in transit and at rest and an audit trail. Please don’t email tax documents.
Sign-in
The client dashboard can use Sign in with Google through Firebase Authentication (Google). I receive your name, email and account ID to identify you. I never see your Google password.
Automation & AI tools
I use software, including AI-assisted tools, to check fee tiers and spot missing payments. Your information is used only to prepare your returns. I review every output, and I don’t use tools that train public models on your data.
What I don’t do
I don’t sell or rent your data. I share it only with service providers needed to do the work (SmartVault, Google/Firebase, e-file software, FTB/IRS) or when the law requires.
Retention & your choices
I keep records as required for tax preparers and professional standards, then delete them. You can ask for a copy or ask questions through Get started.
